Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first fashion house to launch, in 1966, the concept of luxury ready-to-wear with the creation of the "Saint Laurent Rive Gauche" line, synonymous with youth and freedom. This change represented a fundamental first step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio-cultural scenario. Over the years, the House's revolutionary styles have become emblematic cultural and artistic points of reference and its founder, the tailor Yves Saint Laurent, has established himself as one of the greatest designers of the 20th century. Member of the Kering group, the Maison has remained faithful to its identity, always at the forefront of fashion. With the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, the House now offers a full range of women's and men's ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear, jewelery and eyewear under the "Saint Laurent Paris" logo.
